Every returnee who succeeds is a potential coach
Nobody understands a return better than someone who has made one work. Our coaches are returnees who came home, applied the skills they mastered abroad, built enterprises that create jobs, and now guide the next generation of returnees to do the same.
They bring two things no manual can: proof that it can be done, and the latest tools and methods that make it faster. Every Global Human Capital Reinsertion Initiative coach teaches from the innovation toolkit described in Where Technology Speeds Up Integration and Production.

Why coaching makes the difference
The first weeks after a return decide much of what follows. A coach who has walked the same road helps a returnee avoid costly mistakes, adopt the right technology from day one, reach customers sooner and keep the business on track. Coaching is free for every returnee during the first four weeks, and continues for as long as the returnee chooses.
