Who We Are: an organisation built for the day after the return
The Global Human Capital Reinsertion Initiative is a non-profit foundation established on a single conviction: a person who has spent years working, learning and enduring is not a case number. They are capital — and a return, properly supported, is not a defeat but a beginning.
Six commitments, delivered as one continuous process: we certify what you already know, we prepare the arrival, we provide the capital, we accompany the transition, we build enterprises rather than solitary ventures, and we open the network.
The goal is a launch, not a restart: returnees come home as founders — shop owners, plant operators, builders, fish farmers — bringing the skills of the industrial world and the capital to use them.
